Handmade magnesium lotion with natural ingredients: magnesium brine (distilled water and magnesium flakes), shea butter, mango butter, avocado oil, hempseed oil, emulisfying wax, stearic acid, preservative, and essential oil.

Magnesium is a mineral which plays a vital role in your health. Applying transdermally allows the magnesium to absorb quickly through the skin for faster releif from magnesium deficiencies.

Use anytime, day or night to help with sleep, headaches, anxiety, restless leg syndrome, muscle aches, and general pain to name a few. Its a great bedtime routine, simply apply to the soles of your feet to promote relaxation and peaceful sleep. Magnesium lotion can cause minimal tingling/itching. This feeling will subside and tells you the product is doing as intended. Please be aware not to apply to open wounds or scratches.
